Who knew? Teri Garr: Badass

Saw a couple posts by friends on Facebook, for some reason it's going around: Teri Garr was an awesome go-go dancer in the 1960s. She worked on a few teen romp films, and was a regular at concerts and TV shows (Shindig! and Hullabaloo, among others) as well. Then I found out she was on the T.A.M.I. show. Have you seen that video yet? Recently released (I think the Beach Boys held up its release over copyright or something like that), it's an amazing concert film with headliners the beach boys, Rolling Stones, and James Brown. they introduce Chuck Berry as an oldie, but shit, it's the mid-60s! Above, with the Supremes.
As a Whizbam Girl on The Cool ones.
With Elvis!
With Toni Basil, another go go girl!

Shake that shit!
This is a new post, and for some reason it won't load to the page. Click the link, however, to see her in a killer short film by John Harris, "Where's the Bus?" -- bonus Herb Alpert and the TJB soundtrack!
